Simon is a career general insurance broker born and bred in Perth, Western Australia with in excess of 25 years international insurance experience having worked in the Perth, London and Sydney insurance markets.
Simon originally founded Woods & Associates to deliver to clients appropriate insurance solutions delivered expertly, personally, honestly and with integrity. This remains our mantra.
Simon has led program design and placement teams, business development and account servicing teams for clients across a broad spectrum of industries to a wide range of National and International clients. His previous and current client experience extends to include multi-national mining companies, Australian based construction companies, Western Australia’s gas utility, professional service organisations and a range of Corporate, Industrial and SME enterprises.
He has extensive insurance market relationships nationally and internationally.

Ross has over 20 years insurance experience, with senior roles at multinational insurance broking firms
Has an extensive background in General insurance broking, including experience in Hospitality, Mining and other Corporate sectors
Ross specialises in designing cost effective insurance programs and the management of risks both domestically and internationally with specific expertise in hard to place risks.
Ross’s experience enables him to offer prompt and accurate advice with a strong emphasis on client servicing and portfolio management.

Emily Dunne

Emily has 8 years’ experience in the General Insurance industry, having previously worked in the Banking/Financial Industry.
Emily originates from the Republic of Ireland where she attained a Bachelor of Business Degree, as well as QFA’s through Institute of Banking.
Emily focuses on building and maintaining relationships with her clients, whilst gaining an understanding of their industry and insurance requirements.
Emily is personable, professional and client focused, and takes pride in effectively servicing her portfolio.

Brooke Arnold
Brooke has over 15 years experience in insurance broking working for both international and local broking firms. She has comprehensive knowledge placing insurance programs for a variety of industries including mining, construction, small to medium businesses.
