CLAIMS MANAGEMENT

The true test of an insurance policy comes when there is a claim. It therefore follows that ensuring that the policy is designed correctly at the outset and all parties are aware of the intention of the policy and how it responds is key and the first step in the claim process. As demonstrated we do this by thoroughly understanding our client’s needs and then matching this to the correct insurance solution.

 

When a claim is lodged we are our client’s advocate and we endeavour to ensure as expeditious settlement as possible. We will be involved in all claims, no matter the size of the claim, the class of insurance or its complexity where it is prudent for us to do so.
